Delivery is not guaranteed for every order and may include a small fee depending on location. Once you submit your form, we’ll let you know if delivery is possible for your address or if pickup is the better option.

For most bouquets, we recommend ordering 5–7 days before you need it. This gives enough time to confirm your details, prepare materials and handcraft your bouquet without rushing. For busier seasons like Valentine’s Day or Mother’s Day, we suggest ordering even earlier. If you’re unsure, send in your request and we’ll let you know right away if your date is possible.

Small changes are usually fine within 24 hours of confirming your order, as long as we haven’t started working with materials that can’t be reused. This might include switching an add-on, adjusting the rose count, or slightly changing the colour palette. Bigger changes, like a completely new design, may be treated as a new order. Either way, we’ll always be honest about what is and isn’t possible.

If you need to cancel, please message us as soon as possible. For orders where no materials have been purchased yet, cancellation is more flexible. Once we’ve bought supplies or started building your bouquet, deposits and payments may not be refundable, because each order is custom and can’t always be reused. We handle cancellations case by case and try to be fair while respecting the time and materials that go into each bouquet.

Yes, we love working with inspo photos and colour themes. You can describe the vibe in the form and send us reference pictures when we message you after your submission. While we may not be able to copy another bouquet exactly, we will use similar shades, wraps and add-ons to create something with the same feel. The final design will always be tailored to your occasion and your budget.

Same-day or last-minute orders are sometimes possible, depending on the florist’s schedule and the materials we have on hand. These rush orders may be more limited in colour and add-on choices, and are approved case by case. If you need something quickly, submit the form and clearly mention your date and time. We’ll reply as soon as we can to let you know what’s realistic.

We always aim to hand over your bouquet in perfect condition. If you notice any issues at the time of pickup or delivery, please let us know right away so we can look at it together. Minor adjustments can sometimes be fixed on the spot. Once the bouquet leaves our hands and is transported or stored by the customer, we can’t be responsible for damage caused by handling, heat or weather.

We currently accept e-transfer and cash. For all custom bouquets, a 50% deposit is required by e-transfer before we start making your bouquet, and the remaining balance is due at pickup or before delivery. Once we let you know your bouquet is ready, it should be picked up within one week. All payment details, including the final total and deposit amount, will be confirmed with you in our messages so there are no surprises.

Ribbon bouquets are designed to last much longer than real flowers. If you keep your bouquet away from direct sunlight, moisture and heavy dust, it can stay beautiful for months or even years. Avoid placing it near candles, heaters or open windows where it might be exposed to rain or strong wind.
